Nothing is more important to us than employee health. At HRT, you can expect company-paid (no premiums!) medical and dental coverage across our global offices. Family Time
Supporting our employees also means supporting the people that they love. We offer comprehensive parental leave and family planning benefits to help HRTers prioritize family. Inclusive & Accessible Environment
We offer gender-affirming health coverage (region-dependent), gender-neutral bathrooms in many of our offices, and support for HRTers who are transitioning at work. Private wellness rooms are available for meditation, prayer, lactation, or as a private space to attend a virtual appointment. We’re always looking for ways to remove barriers and empower employees of all abilities — if there’s a way we can make it easier for individuals to do their best work, we’re here for it.
Togetherness
Our social calendar includes regular outings like pottery, painting, pizza making, team dinners/happy hours, and an annual volleyball tournament. Hybrid Work
We recognize that different work carries different in-office needs: some teams require round-the-clock coverage or hands-on maintenance, while others operate across different continents and time zones.
