Health Coverage

We offer comprehensive medical coverage across our global offices. US employees and their dependents are provided dental insurance, an HRT-funded Health Savings Account, affordable vision insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Plus, access to a One Medical primary care membership, paid medical/disability leave, mental health resources, telemedicine services, and more. Similar competitive health benefits await employees at our global offices.

Family Time

Birthing parents receive 18-20 weeks paid parental leave, or 12 weeks for non-birthing (including adoptive and foster) parents. Our families in the US can access back-up child care through Bright Horizons. NYC parents returning to office will also find a hospital-grade pump for use in our wellness rooms. We offer plenty of family-friendly events including kids' day, family nights, and company-wide trips.

We take food very seriously. HRTers enjoy complimentary breakfasts and lunches (chef-prepared in NYC and London, reimbursement or catered options elsewhere), along with a wide selection of healthy snacks. Need a caffeine boost? Our coffee bar awaits. And for moments of relaxation, a well-stocked beer and wine fridge.

Inclusive Environment

We offer gender-affirming health coverage, gender-neutral bathrooms in many of our offices, and support for HRTers who are transitioning at work. Private wellness rooms are available for meditation, prayer, lactation, or a private space to attend a virtual appointment.

Togetherness

Our social calendar includes regular outings like pottery, painting, pizza making, team dinners/happy hours, and an annual volleyball tournament. We take regular team retreats and company-wide trips to connect with each other and our loved ones. In-office, you can find us unwinding at the end of a long day with video games, happy hours, snack drops, wine/tea club, poker, or table tennis!

Vacation

We believe recharging is important, and time off is encouraged. Employees receive generous paid vacation along with personal days and market holidays, plus regular company-wide trips.

Fitness

Enjoy an incredible on-site cardio and weight room in NYC, complete with sweeping views that will make going to the gym even easier. And for those in our other offices, we've got you covered with fitness reimbursement. We also offer regular virtual group classes, so you can stay active and connected no matter where you are.

Mental Health

We’ve partnered with therapists to offer free virtual counseling sessions globally for all HRTers. We also offer a Modern Health membership, which provides access to appointments with therapists and coaches for employees and their dependents at no cost.

Hybrid Work

We recognize that different work carries different in-office needs: some teams require round-the-clock coverage or hands-on maintenance, while others operate across different continents and time zones. While the majority of teams adopt a fairly even split between in-office and remote work, many choose to come in every day. For days you are working from the office, we offer pre-tax commuter benefits.
